How it works

GroupAlert allows you to send multi-channel messages to a group of recipients. When a planned or expected event occurs, GroupAlert can notify recipients in an instant by sending out text messages, emails or voice messages. A alert can be stored as a scenario, so that everything is ready in advance.

You can build your own lists of groups and recipients. If you have a list of employees, customers or suppliers, these can be easily imported from spreadsheets. The import function is very flexible in terms of format on the list.

GroupAlert allows you to send messages to recipients in multiple channels; choose between SMS, email and voicemail. You can broadcast in several channels at the same time. Create your own message templates for even faster messaging.

You can request replies from the alert receivers. When sending, specify the different response options.

The receiver can then reply to the message. This works for all channels: For SMS and e-mail, the receiver responds via a link inserted into the alert text. For voice message, the receiver can press a number that corresponds with a respons option. This makes it possible to call in to meetings, conduct surveys, etc.

The notification log shows the continuous status of the alert. It's easy to see who received the message and what the individual receiver has responded (if the alert was sent with a response options).
